چکیده
Abstract Aims The Academic Research Consortium for High Bleeding Risk (ARC-HBR) presents a bleeding risk assessment in antithrombotic therapy patients post percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). In Japanese patients, heart failure (HF), peripheral vascular disease, and frailty are established as factors addition to ARC-HBR. However, it is unknown whether left ventricular function or severity of HF associated with HBR. aim this study was investigate the association between measured by BNP future events after PCI. Methods Clinical Deep Data Accumulation System (CLIDAS), multicenter database 7 tertiary medical hospitals JAPAN, developed collect data directly patient characteristics, medications, laboratory test, physiological cardiac catheterization PCI treatment electronic records using Standardized Structured Medical Information eXchange Extended Storage (SS-MIX). This retrospective analysis CLIDAS included 7160 who underwent during April 2014 March 2020 participating also have completed 3-year follow-up were divided into two groups: No (n=6645) (n=515). furthermore based on high (≥100 pg/ml) group (n=384) low (<100 (n=131). Primary outcome defined according moderate severe GUSTO classification. addition, secondary endpoint major adverse cardiovascular (MACE) composite death, myocardial infraction stroke. Results Multivariable Cox regression adjusted age, sex, BMI, acute syndrome, hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia, chronic kidney hemodialysis, previous PCI, artery bypass grafting, prior infraction, stroke, atrial fibrillation, PVD, main trunk multivessel anticoagulants use showed that significantly (hazard ratio [HR], 1.66; 95% confidence interval [CI], 1.10–2.50), MACE (HR, 2.16; CI, 1.60–2.90), all-cause death 1.74; 1.30–2.33), but not BNP. Conclusions real-world revealed events, suggesting might be altered depending HF. Funding Acknowledgement Type funding sources: None.

Effect of Exercise Training on Heart Rate Variability in Patients with Heart Failure After Percutaneous Coronary Intervention
Background: This study aims to evaluate the effect of exercise training on heart rate variability (HRV) and to determine the correlation between parameters of HRV and the ejection fraction in patients with heart failure after percutaneous coronary intervention.Material and Methods: Fifty patients with left ventricular ejection fraction ≤ 40% undergone percutaneous coronary intervention were r...
متن کاملImpact of diabetes on bleeding events in ST-elevation myocardial infarction patients after urgent percutaneous coronary intervention
Patients with diabetes mellitus (DM) have more ischemic events and a decreased survival rate after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) than non-DM patients. However, it is unknown whether short-term or long-term bleeding events are associated with DM. We aimed to determine the impact of DM on mortality and bleeding events in ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) patients after urgent ...
